Our reception is located in the heart of the resort. Ideal to relax or read a book, this building gives access to the pool, garden and restaurant.
It is our store and a movie theater every Wednesday. It is also the resort’s bookstore and where we keep our boardgames if required.
The schedule is from 6 in the morning till 10 at night and there's always an assistant manager at the reception desk if you have any problems or queries.
The shop is open from 8am to 8pm. You are welcome to browse through and take anything you may need. Kindly tell the assistant manager at the reception desk, who will add it to your account.
We'll need your email address to open an account where all food, drinks, activities and rentals will be added and settled on the last day. Please remember to always sign for everything put on the account.
Smoking is forbidden in the main facilities, reception area, main building and in the rooms.
We'd also appreciate that you took off your footwear before entering the buildings to prevent sand from getting everywhere.

The hours of use of the beach loungers are from 8am to 8pm. A perfect place to relax and enjoy white sand, crystal clear waters and a privileged environment.
Our beach bar is located around the loungers. It is open from 10am to 12am and from 2pm to 8pm.
There you can ask our waiter for our menu of food and drinks without leaving the beach.
He will take care of the rest.
A place to relaxing the mornings and noon but where the atmosphere of the resort is concentrated during the sunset with ambient music.
Located at the north end of the resort, our professional therapists will take care of your well-being at all times.
A building divided into three rooms and offering a wide variety of services.
It has a thermal pool with Jacuzzi, full body bubble treatment and a gooseneck jet.

Swimming pool schedule is from 8am to 8pm.
We have towels available we kindly ask that you only take one per person per day.
The assistant manager will ask for your room number when you take a towel, and you leave it in the basket when you've finished with it.
The pool loungers are for the exclusive use of resort guests, and anything you need, raise your hand and our pool attendant will assist you (drinks, food, parasol, mats for the pool). If you travel with minors, be careful when using the pool. Notify our workers in case the minors are not experienced swimmers.
This pool does not have a lifeguard.
Located in the main building, the restaurant is open from 6am till 11pm where all meals are served. We also have a bar, chill-out area which will be open the same schedule as the restaurant - 6am till 10:30 pm.
Breakfast will be served from 6am to 9am, where tea, filter coffee and toast are included in the price. We have a buffet style lunch and dinner. Lunch is from 12:30 to 1:30 and dinner is from 7:30 to 8:30. Our restaurant offers a full menu available with vegan options.
We offer a variety of snacks listed on the menu in the restaurant area where it can be ordered, juices, smoothie bowls, barista drinks and alcoholic drinks. Prices are listed at the restaurant counter.

The building is next to the restaurant and its hours are from 7am to 8pm. All the sports equipment can be hired there:
• Surfboards: from high performance surfboards up to beginner surfboards can be rented here.
• Snorkelling gear
• Clear see-through kayaks
• Stand up paddle

Important note: Hired equipment can only be used in the bay for safety reasons. In order to go beyond the bay, an activity must be booked.
Airport: We offer a Comfort Package for an easier and more relaxed transfer between the airport and the resort. Should you require any assistance or have any specific information, please do not hesitate to contact us in reception.
Baby cot: We have some baby cots available, if you need one, please contact our reception.
Check-in/Check-out: The standard check-in time is at 14:00 o'clock and check-out time is at 11:00 am. Reception staff will assist you to store your luggage after the check-out. A changing room with a shower will be available. If you require any more information or wish to extend your stay please contact reception.
Activity Booking Service: Our activity team assist with all your requests and wishes.
Hair dryer: Located in your bathroom wardrobe.
Housekeeping: Our housekeeping team is at your service at all times. Should you require an extra towel, an extra pillow or an ironing board please let us know.
Laundry: Laundry service is available every day. Please leave your laundry on the bed in the laundry bag for the housekeeping to collect. The pricelist is in your room.
